Klein’sche Felder® are a special form of static magnetic field technology characterized by a polymorphic, alternating-pole arrangement of permanent magnets. Unlike homogeneous magnetic fields, where the field lines run uniformly, Klein’sche Felder create a complex three-dimensional pattern of magnetic field gradients. These arise from the spatially alternating arrangement of north and south poles at short distances and in multiple directions. The result is an inhomogeneous magnetic landscape that exhibits locally highly varying field strengths and directions.

The topper is suitable for both narrower and wider mattresses. The sleeping topper fits best on mattresses measuring 90 cm x 190 cm and 100 cm x 200 cm, as the
topper then lies completely on the mattress.

However, the mat can also be used with a mattress measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. Only the elastic straps cannot be used here. However, the topper is heavy enough, at 4.7 kg, not to slip.

The upholstery fabric used is OEKO-TEX® certified and meets defined requirements for textile materials tested for harmful substances. The decision against hygroscopic natural fibers corresponds to the state of material selection in medical devices and clinical applications. Natural fibers can absorb and store moisture, potentially creating more favorable conditions for microbial colonization than hydrophobic functional fabrics. For this reason, a technically defined, polymer-based upholstery fabric system made of medically suitable polyester functional fabric (100%) is used. This system is characterized by controllable hygienic and functional properties, good cleaning and disinfection capabilities, and high material stability. In addition, the upholstery fabric has a liquid-repellent barrier function that reduces the penetration of moisture, for example in cases of incontinence. At the same time, the air-permeable structure supports a pleasant microclimate on the skin surface.

In this case, always choose one size larger. If the insoles are still too large, you can trim them with scissors. Trimming the toe end will not damage the insoles.
