I accompany our trainees in their day-to-day work, impart specialist knowledge, and support them in developing their skills. In addition to training, I am also involved in day-to-day business—I handle customer inquiries by email and phone, take care of orders, and ensure that everything related to our processes runs smoothly.

As a Senior National Key Account Manager, I am responsible for the strategic acquisition of new national partners from initial engagement through to successful contract execution. I also coordinate cross-functional internal teams, ensuring a structured handover and the long-term development of sustainable partnerships.

In my position as Key Account Manager in Sales and Partner Management, I am responsible for supporting our customers and partners. I maintain existing relationships, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and accompany projects from the initial inquiry to successful completion.

In my role as Junior Key Account Manager (International), I support the management and development of international key accounts. I am involved in partner communication, project coordination and internal coordination, and I am constantly developing my skills in international account management.

I am responsible for creating and editing our digital content. I edit videos, translate them into different languages, and design visual materials for our online and social media presence. In doing so, I make sure that our content is not only informative, but also creative and appealing.

Paula Kayacan
E-Commerce Analyst
I am responsible for evaluating and optimizing our online activities. I analyze key figures, observe trends, and use this information to develop measures for continuously improving our online shop. I also oversee the further development of our website, from its structure and content to its user-friendliness.

Anastasia Holzer
Trainee
I support our team in day-to-day business as well as in partner management and customer acquisition. In doing so, I am learning how our internal processes work and how we successfully collaborate with partners and customers. I find it particularly exciting to take on responsibility in projects and to understand, step by step, how good contacts develop into long-term partnerships.

Vivien Lassek

As part of my training, I am involved in day-to-day business, partner management, and customer acquisition. I support the management of existing partnerships and help to attract new partners and customers. The wide range of tasks gives me comprehensive insight into operational processes and teaches me how different processes interact to enable successful collaboration.

As a product tester for our pet cushions and the team’s ‘feel-good manager’, I check the comfort of our cushions every day whilst also keeping spirits high in the office. With a keen sense of well-being, plenty of calmness and the occasional wagging of the tail, I remind everyone that a cosy spot and a relaxed atmosphere are often the best foundation for a successful day.
